Terms & Conditions

Artists, 18 years of age or older and residing in east central Minnesota in the following counties are eligible to enter:  Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine.

• Artists can only enter one original work of art.
• Advanced registration is required.
• No late entries will be accepted.
• Entry requirements will be enforced!

 

IMAGE  ART SHOW TERMS & CONDITIONS

• There are no entry fees to exhibit or participate in IMAGE.
• Artwork entered must be original, conceived and executed by the artist. Copies will be rejected. If you are a student, the artwork submitted should have been executed without the help of an instructor or online tutorials. No reproductions of another’s artwork allowed.
• Entries must be of recent work (within the last 3 years), and not exhibited at a previous IMAGE Show. 
• All wall hanging show entries must be framed (unless a frame is inappropriate for the artwork) and wired for hanging. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed.
• Artwork needs to fit through a standard 36"x80" door opening.
• The IMAGE Show Committee reserves the right to refuse artwork or to change the category of entry. 
• ECRAC reserves the right to use photographs of any submitted works of art, or artist in IMAGE Art Show 2021, for educational, catalog, show brochure, internet, or publicity purposes.
